Rabbi Eddie Shostak
Rabbi Eddie Shostak serves as the Rabbi of Or Chaim Minyan and Menahel of Yeshivat Or Chaim in Toronto, Canada. He was born and raised in Montreal, and over the past 20+ years his communal involvement has spanned the spectrum of the Jewish community in Montreal and now in Toronto as rabbi, teacher, non-profit professional and school administrator.
Rabbi Shostak holds degrees from McGill University, received semicha from Rabbi Gedalia Dov Schwartz of Chicago, and is a graduate of the Day School Leadership Training Institute (DSLTI), Harvard’s Principals’ Center Summer Institute, and Federation CJA Passport to Jewish Life Fellowship. He lives in Toronto with his wife, Ahuva, and their family.
