Rabbi Leron Bernstein is Director of Innovations at Koren Jerusalem and a veteran Jewish educator with deep roots in informal education and communal leadership in South Africa and Israel. He studied at Yeshivat Har Etzion before completing semicha at the Joseph and Gwendolyn Straus Rabbinical Seminary, and holds a BCom in Industrial Psychology and Information Systems, alongside fellowships through the Straus-Amiel Institute and Orayta.

Rabbi Bernstein served as Head Advisor for the Division of Informal Jewish Education at King David Schools and as Rosh Machaneh for Bnei Akiva, before going on to serve as Menahel of Yeshiva College Boys High School and Managing Director of Yeshiva College in Johannesburg. Following eight years of shlichut, he and his family returned to Israel where, alongside his work, he has been involved in supporting bereaved families and raising the morale of reservists through song and communal engagement.
