Dr. Adam Baruch is Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Michigan Medical School and Associate Director of the Medical School's Program on Health, Spirituality, and Religion. A physician-educator, his work centres on equipping trainees and clinicians to engage questions of meaning, moral responsibility, and covenantal care within modern medicine.
Dr. Baruch graduated with Honors from the University of Michigan. His academic and teaching interests sit at the intersection of Jewish thought, medical ethics, and professional formation. He has been recognised with multiple departmental and institutional teaching awards at Michigan Medicine, and plays a central role in developing curricula that invite medical students and residents to reflect on spirituality, religion, and the moral dimensions of clinical care.
