Ron Ashkenaz

Ron Ashkenas, principal of Ashkenas Consulting LLC and Emeritus Partner of Schaffer Consulting in Stamford, Connecticut, is an accomplished author and consultant.
With over 30 years of experience, he specializes in organizational change, leadership, and transformation. Ron has worked with renowned clients such as GE during its transformation under Jack Welch, as well as The World Bank, Merck, Cisco, Stanford Hospital, and many others.
He holds degrees from Wesleyan University, Harvard, and Case Western Reserve University. In addition to consulting, Ron lectures globally on topics including change management and innovation, and serves as an advisor to REInstitute, a non-profit focused on social innovation.
