Michelle Shelemay Dvir

Michelle Shelemay Dvir is currently a fourth-year fellow in the Susi Bradfield Women's Institute of Halakhic Leadership (Kollel Deah) at Ohr Torah Stone, as well as a lay leader focusing on cross-communal initiatives for women. She teaches Israeli post-high school students at Midreshet Lindenbaum, as well as teaching within her local community. Michelle's Torah learning spans Midreshet HaRova, the London School of Jewish Studies, Matan, Nishmat, Pardes and Midreshet Lindenbaum.
Originally from London, she has lived in Israel for nineteen years. Alongside her teaching and learning, Michelle brings over seventeen years of senior leadership experience in Israel's non-profit sector, specialising in resource development, strategic planning, and organisational growth. She has worked with a range of organisations advancing women's rights in matters of religion and state, strengthening democratic governance, and promoting social equity.
