Persha Valman is a Chief Financial Officer, educator, and speaker with over twenty years of leadership experience in Israeli and US high-tech companies. She studied at both Orot and Nishmat, and has been learning for many years at Matan Hasharon where she completed the Matmidot programme.
Persha is passionate about exploring Judaism's wisdom on work, ethics, and wealth, and translating these principles into practical guidance for modern life. She has developed educational programmes for young couples, teenagers, and parents on Jewish values around financial responsibility, and shares these ideas through teaching, community initiatives, and speaking engagements. She is also actively involved in interfaith programmes and bridge-building.
