
Rabbi Dr. Samuel Lebens
Rabbi Dr. Samuel Lebens is a professor of philosophy at the University of Haifa. In addition to his work on the philosophy of Judaism, he has published articles and books on a range of academic topics, from the philosophy of literature to the work of Bertrand Russell.
Samuel Lebens’ published books include The Principles of Judaism (Oxford University Press), and A Guide for the Jewish Undecided (Maggid). The latter title was shortlisted as a finalist for the inaugural Rabbi Sacks Book Prize.

Rabbi Lebens’ published “One God, One Truth, Many Languages: Rabbi Sacks’ Pluralism Reexamined” (Spring 2022) and discussed the essay on the Tradition Podcast.
