Bram Bregman

Bram Bregman is a community activist focused on philanthropy, human rights, and building a stronger Jewish future. With an entrepreneurial style, Bram has launched innovative initiatives which include increasing living organ donation, helping to start the Israeli Hostages Advocacy Task Force (through the Raoul Wallenberg Centre for Human Rights), co-chairing a gala to raise funds for a joint Canadian-Israeli Alzheimer’s research project, and co-leading Operation Abraham – a grassroots multi-country effort that saved hundreds of vulnerable Afghan Muslims through providing life-saving passports.
Bram has also chaired Jewish Funders Network Canada and co-chaired the Rabbi Bulka Legacy Project, a multifaceted initiative to preserve the teachings of “Canada’s Rabbi”. Bram previously worked as a senior Jewish communal professional and is currently the President of the Newfoundout Family Office and Danbe Foundation. He holds an MBA from Queen's University and an engineering degree from the University of Toronto. Originally from Ottawa, Bram and his family moved to Israel in 2023.
