Barnaby Nemko is Director of Community Life at the United Synagogue in London. His background in education includes stints at the Federation of Zionist Youth, the London School of Jewish Studies and Immanuel College. His Master’s dissertation from the Institute of Education focused on Rabbi Sacks’ distinction between “History and Memory” on which he has published and lectured to teachers within the UK Jewish community.

He lives in Hertfordshire with his wife Hannah, and their two children.
