The Dare to Lead curriculum, developed by the Masa Leadership & Impact Center in partnership with the Rabbi Sacks Legacy, blends Torah insights with leadership concepts and tools to create a flexible Jewish leadership guide.

Comprising ten modules with Jewish texts, guiding questions, practical tools, and discussion prompts, the curriculum suits various settings: chevruta study, workshops, or formal learning environments. It can be adapted for short messages or full two-hour sessions, online or in-person.

Designed for teens and adults, Dare to Lead connects Rabbi Sacks’ enduring ideas to practical, thought-provoking leadership practices.

The Curriculum Writers

Drawing on their extensive Harvard Adaptive Leadership training, master educators Maya Bernstein and Sarah Mali have pieced together a unique leadership curriculum teaching us that the practice of leadership is profoundly Jewish and that to be Jewish calls upon us to lead.
